Karen had worked within and consulted to many diverse organisations at senior level. These include IBM, Symantec, Cap Gemini, Noggin, Excellence in Leadership, Masternaut, Mastercard, NHS, BAE and SAP. As well as working on a one to one coaching basis she has developed programs to increase leadership skills and confidence for senior managers and high potential employees. She delivers group coaching in areas such as mindfulness for business impact, innovation for growth and improved interpersonal dynamics.
Karen also works with organisations to use applied psychology to gain an edge in sales, services and influential communication.
