She spent over 20 years in senior leadership positions where she delivered outstanding results running diverse global marketing, communication and business development teams. Karen attributes her successful outcomes to her focus on exceptional leadership. Having spent so much time building and motivating teams as well as influencing her boards and peers to build high performing organisations she now enjoys consulting and inspiring others. She employs her drive and experience to support others to achieve their full potential.

Karen is a board advisor for a non for profit organisation that empowers many charities to support the most vulnerable in society through attracting and supporting volunteers. She is also a mentor with the Aspire foundation and enjoys being a speaker and mentor for UK Adoption.
